To provide professional development sessions aligned with the School’s current needs, Mrs. Irene Barcelon, PAREF Director for Academic Standards, visited PAREF Springdale last January 9-10, 2023.
During her two-day visit, she gave an on-boarding session for the School’s upcoming Level 1 Formal Visit by the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) tentatively scheduled sometime in SY 2023-2024, discussed how to improve the current lesson plans of the faculty members, and facilitated planning sessions for academic middle managers.
Through the sessions, faculty and staff gained a better perspective on how to prepare better for the upcoming accreditation visit and improve in their respective roles as faculty members, mentors, and school administrators.
