“Lead Out Loud And Clear!”
Chairman Kyler Josh Tee and Vice Chairman Charles Daniel Cho of PAREF Springdale’s SBO kickstart this year’s Lead Out Loud seminar with a resounding speech just recently on September 29, 2023.
The event had a reputable speaker such as Mr. Haryyl Jay Ondo to talk about empathy in leadership and experienced alumni Ethan Raymond Deen with Kingston Ralph Cheng to have the “Round Table Talk” for the students to listen to their experiences in leading.
The seminar wrapped things up with the amazing race where groups of students would go around different stations set around the school that had them play games that tested their management, intuitiveness, and focus.
Class councils from Grades 4 to 12 were assembled in the School Auditorium to participate in the congress and engage in group activities and discussions about leadership to teach them with fun and camaraderie and solidify within them a sense of responsibility in hopes of preparing them to be great leaders of the future generation.
