PAREF Southcrest School, Inc and PAREF Springdale School, Inc. solidified their collaboration through a Ceremony to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the ABM Merger 2023 last December 12, 2023 at the Parents Lounge of PAREF Southcrest last December 12, 2023.
Dr. Vicente Verallo, Chair of the two PAREF Cebu Schools, led the ceremony alongside Mrs. Cheryl Go, Board Member of PAREF Southcrest, and Mrs. Aimee Gitamondoc, Board Member of PAREF Springdale. The ceremony was witnessed by the members of the Management Committee and key program staff.
The signing formalized the two PAREF Cebu schools’ commitment to an enhanced Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) strand for the Senior High School (SHS) program through an enhancing student experience and resource sharing for the program.
Under this partnership, ABM students from both schools will experience merged classes in specialized subjects. These classes in-person shall provide a new experience for students as this is a significant stride from the single-sex learning setup provided by PAREF.
This initiative is poised to elevate the educational experience for students, fostering a collaborative atmosphere and enriching the ABM program.
The ceremony concluded with an optimistic outlook for more meaningful partnerships among PAREF Cebu schools in the future.
