Taking our experience from the pandemic school years, we revisited and modified our existing learning programs and created SMILE Program II.
In SMILE Program II, the program utilizes blended learning, which refers to a system in which students receive instruction from a teacher both in a physical classroom (face-to-face classes) and through online courses (synchronous and asynchronous classes).
Our students will attend lectures and do independent study through online synchronous classes at home and shall come to school on schedule for summative and performance-based assessments, laboratory activities, PE classes, and various co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
The program shall be implemented until December 2022 (First and Second Quarters) since the Department of Education has already mandated schools to implement face-to-face classes by October 2022.
