We are accepting pre-registration for the vaccination of children aged 12 to 17 years old through the Junior Vaccination Program of Project Balik Buhay (PBB). They may register through this form: https://bit.ly/SPDJuniorVax.
The vaccination is open to current children of Springdale employees, current and former Springdale students, and their eligible family members and friends.
We are also accepting pre-registration for those who want to receive a booster shot through PBB Plus. Those interested may pre-register through this form: https://bit.ly/SPDBooster.
Please note that PBB is no longer accepting new registrations for 18 years old and above. Vaccinations for this group are now coursed through the various vaccination centers under the local government units.
